  Everything about the apartments. Very handy for the centre of Krakow. The kitchenette area came with a coffee pod and coffee. Washing up liquid and cleaning sponge. The only thing missing was a tea towel! Kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery together with a two ringed hob. Plenty of restaurants around and the staff can help with recommendations and also organise trips and taxi tr - We loved the location of the apartments which one minute from Krakow's main square. The accomodation was very modern, well designed with comfortable beds, excellent shower/toilet facilities and a well equipped kitchen area. Security in the building and within the apartments was also very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when organising trips. I would recommend Bracka 6 to other travellers without reservation.

  The hotel is extremely clean (moreover, the lady who cleand our room was very kind), all the staff is really helpful and friendly and the food is fantastic. We spent a really nice time there and we will definitely come back again. We would like to thank the staff for such a pleas - Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much. I appreciated that the hotel was cosy and really clean, I liked the food (delicious dinners and breakfast - with a wide choice - really admirable for the hotel of this size - many thanks to the chef). We were also pleased that we found quite a lot of mineral water (still and sparkling) in the minibar - more than in other hotels. Thank you once more and we will come back again.

  Brand new, clean apartment, top quality fittings. Near to all the attractions. Yet quiet enough to get a great nights sleep. Helpful owners gave ideas of where to go in Krakow. Brilliant! - Very modern apartment. Great location. Will definitely be staying here again.

  We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is quite busy but we weren't disturbed by the noise - the windows... wat mensen zeggen » must be well soundproofed. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom really nice, clean and with heated floor. The room is well equipped in tea& - The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us. Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a meal in their restaurant. The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

  This hotel has been open about 8 months after being built over a 2 year period by the owners who wanted to do it right - and they have done it right ! Beautiful room , new, modern and homey at the same time. Pillows, Douvets, mattress, carpets are really done well and provide a great night sleep. Elevators are large, bright, clean and quick. Shower only in the bright bathroom but the towels are huge and fluffy as - The hotel was superb! We were the first guests in the hotel.. Initially we had booked the hotel for one day but then as our planned has changed I called the hotel to change it and include the day prior our initial booking. The city centre is reachable by tram, but if the weather is good a walk on the riverside is highly recommended. Friendly and considerate owner.   Lovely hotel with ample parking, a little out of town which we were happy about as it was very busy in the centre. Great breakfasts, nice Italian restaurant in the hotel. Great location for exploring the Tatras. We changed rooms after the first night as the double room we were allocated was really small and the bed was pushed against the wall. We ... wat mensen zeggen » were given a family suite which was brilliant, two bedrooms and did not cost much more. - The Bambi Boutique is a newly built residence in typical pine construction. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was included in the price and it was excellent and very comprehensive. The bathroom included the most impressive shower that I have seen in any hotel even if the music coming out of it was predominantly in Polish!!
