  Really amazing large room, with great thoughtful facilities. The staff were really helpful, and professional. The location is perfect 10 minutes from main square through historic streets. - - In general it is nice place - Breakfast is average, but at least it is included in price - Modern and clean - Nice view from the roof-level apartments

  Fantastic location, just 300 meters from the old city gate, but in a quiet location. Very spacious, lovely long couch and large balcony and great kitchen. The staff were wonderful. This place has security 24/7 so very safe. Paulina in particular was fantastic when we kept having trouble with the wifi. If you experience the same(but hopefully they ... wat mensen zeggen » improve it) then you can easily sit in the foyer and use the building wifi, the login is on the front of the security desk. Krakow is a beautiful city - Excellent apartment and ideally located to bus/train station and not too far from the Old Town. Apartment had all mod cons one could ask for: home away from home.

  We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is quite busy but we weren't disturbed by the noise - the windows... wat mensen zeggen » must be well soundproofed. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom really nice, clean and with heated floor. The room is well equipped in tea& - The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us. Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a meal in their restaurant. The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.
