without needing to ask. Being on the edge of the old town it did not

We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was very good, as well as the cold buffet you could have cooked food. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and excellent value.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The apartment is well fitted out with all the facilities one needs (including washing machine, which was useful). The Block of apartments was quiet and secure and situated only a short walk from the centre (15 mins on foot). It is also close to the train station. The street outside is relatively busy but this did not disturb us. -

We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for
two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had
a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

Nice clean and modern hotel with friendly staff that has excellent level of English. The hotel is surrounded with shopping centers, which is quite useful. You can reach the center of the city by bus within 15 minutes. The breakfast is very, very tasty and has large amount of different dishes. There is a hairdressing salon right in the hotel.
