  The staff were all incredibly helpful, informative and polite. The room was huge and the balcony view was fantastic. The location is great. The lift was working and very useful! The kitchen is very well equiped.   Exellent hostel! We stayed at countryside styled double room and it was spacious, full of light and with a wonderful view from the window. Everything was extremely clean. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly and helpful stuff. Great location in the old town. Very good value for money! Highly recommend! - Very friendly staff, room nice and clean.   Without a doubt the best hostel i've ever stayed. Excellent location just in the city center. Bathrooms and rooms cleaned multiple times per day. Delicious buffet breakfast and free dinner every evening. Bar & restaurant downstairs, but most important great staff that will be more than happy to help you 24/7. Provides city guided trips, evening party, pub crawls etc. but will also help you find the nearest locksmith F.E - Greg & Tom has the best staff ever. Friendly, helpful and always there for you with a big(and beautiful) smile. You have to pay for the breakfast, but it's very worthwhile. The included dinner was very nice too. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!

  Clean bathroom, comfortable (but almost empty) room, location in the city centre :) I think its just great place for young couples with sense of humour! :D - center of old town, nice bathroom and shower, price, kinda cool sleeping above a strip club if you have a sense of humor

  That's the spirit. what to say about the hostel, Party, party hard. went to stay one night end up staying 3. but now about the hostel, more than i expect, i have no words to describe the wonderful crew. all of then very very helpful and always smiling that is important...(the girls are gorgeous, can't say it about the boys sorry hehehe but they ar... wat mensen zeggen » e very nice) Dinner always something different that great, breakfast good I coming back for sure. meet amazing people there and made new friends. chee - The rooms and bathrooms were clean, with everything new. The staff was nice. The free dinner was really good: two types of pasta and two types of salad. Also the dinner time was good for meeting new people. The night plans they offer were good as well. Its a party hostel, but anyways its not so crazy and its possible to sleep.

  Excellent location: the hostel is a few minutes on foot from Old town and 15 minutes on foot from bus/train station. The staff was friendly and kind. We arrived early and we were accepted. The breakfast was at 07:00. But the breakfast was prepared at 06:00, as we had to leave early. Our room was in the other building across the street. Actually... wat mensen zeggen » it was the flat of two rooms. The room, common kitchen, bathroom/toilete were clean. The furniture was simple. - Extremely helpful and nice staff. Nice simple place perhaps on the best spot of the city. Easy to get around, comfortable and doesn't get on your wallet too much. Nice basic breakfast and fast check in! Perfect for few days visit!

  I stayed at this establishment twice during my recent vacation to Poland. As I reported in my first note, I found it very welcoming, friendly, excellent value for money, and quite comfortable. The all female staff - Joanna (the Boss), Hannah, Anna, Dominica, Justinia and Carolina, set and maintain a very high standard of care, welcome, and frien... wat mensen zeggen » dliness. I, as an older gent, particularly appreciated the high security, and the fact there is a lift to the 5th floor, where the Hostel is located. - I arrived after a 27 hr coach trip from London. THe receptionist who handled my booking was Joanna, the boss herself. I was immediately made to feel at ease and completely welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for her to do. THe other girls on duty during the two days of my first visit (I an currently here again for another four nights) kept up the standards set by Pani Joanna. I thouroughly recommend this establishment.   Amazing atmosphere in the hostel. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was included and you had the option of getting dinner if you helped cook it! You had the use of all the kitchen facilities and there were washing machines available to wash your clothes if needed. Staff took everyone out on a pub crawl every night which was fant... wat mensen zeggen » astic. The whole hostel was very clean and modern and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hostel is in a great location, only a 5 minute walk - The best hostel I've ever been to! From the time of check-in to when we left, our experience was awesome. There are lots of activities organized by the staff, there is breakfast and dinner provided, it's easy to meet fun new people from around the world, and the location is perfect - very close to the bus/train station and all the sights. The staff even offered to take everyone around the bars at night. There was a range of ages there and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Stay here!
