  I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. The best place to stay in Krakow and it is a real value for money. WELL done to all staff and keep on doing a good job. I will defenitely stay there again - Everyt... wat mensen zeggen » hing. Spacious room with conmfortable beds; staff always very nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast with a big selection of food and all of it of good quality. And the location is excellent. Just next to the Carmelite Church (referenced in travel guides) and less than a 10min walk to Cracow's old square.

  The hotel is cosy, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well situated on a quiet street a short walk from the centre of the old town. The room was big, with amazing high ceilings and great light. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom...just very well-appointed. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Lovely helpful staff. 2.Super huge room, very warm and comfortable. 3.Houskeeping kept room clean every day, replenished with clean towels,toiletries and tbags etc. 4 excellent location 5 mins from the main square and excellent location to explore.   This hotel has been open about 8 months after being built over a 2 year period by the owners who wanted to do it right - and they have done it right ! Beautiful room , new, modern and homey at the same time. Pillows, Douvets, mattress, carpets are really done well and provide a great night sleep. Elevators are large, bright, clean and quick. Shower only in the bright bathroom but the towels are huge and fluffy as - The hotel was superb! We were the first guests in the hotel.. Initially we had booked the hotel for one day but then as our planned has changed I called the hotel to change it and include the day prior our initial booking.
