  We had a wonderful experience here! We are English speaking, and we were always able to communicate with the staff with no issues. We were also very impressed with the ability to set up tours at Auschwitz, salt mines, square tour by golf cart, etc. we were also very close to the bus stop so we were able to enjoy the huge Krakow Galleria. We used a translator in our room, & the staff was ever so kind enou - We have just returned from a four night stay at the Liv'Inn Aparthotel. We were not dissapointed. The staff could not be more charming and helpful and were always willing to assist with any queries or request with a smile. The breakfast area was modern, clean. The buffet breakfast is very good and gives a wide choice of cereals, cold meats and a hot choice as well. The rest of the staff all appeared to do their jobs efficently. The hotel is a little way out from the main attractions but this

  We stayed in the Galeria II, good size for 4 adults. Location is excellant, can walk to the Square in 10 minutes. A 24-hour supermarket is directly under the building with no extra noise. The balcony was a nice extra, we used this quite alot. Nice area with plenty of shops, you can get on the Tram outside the building.   The location is good, near to the Old Town, main Railway Station and enormous shopping centre - Galeria Krakowska. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, stuff friendly. We were able to leave the car in the public parking in front of the hotel - it cost us 30 PLN per whole day (3 PLN per hour) - from 10am till 20pm, rest of the time - it's free. - ... wat mensen zeggen » Rooms are very well designed, we felt ourselves like at home. Everything is kept clean and neat. Staff is friendly. Kitchen has e-tiles and a fridge. Bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, soap and hair-drier. We had a bathroom and a kitchen for 2 rooms only (us and someone else) - it's very comfortable.
