  Everything in this hotel was very good! Staff speaks english, the rooms are nice are nice and clean, no complaints at all! I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel. You can buy tickets on the trams but you need coins to pay for them, ... wat mensen zeggen » around 2.40 zloty per person and you are in the old town in las than 5min.   I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. The best place to stay in Krakow and it is a real value for money. WELL done to all staff and keep on doing a good job. I will defenitely stay there again - Everyt... wat mensen zeggen » hing. Spacious room with conmfortable beds; staff always very nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast with a big selection of food and all of it of good quality. And the location is excellent. Just next to the Carmelite Church (referenced in travel guides) and less than a 10min walk to Cracow's old square.

  Lovely, cosy apartment, perfect for a small family to stay in. A well stocked grocery store, a drugstore and a bakery are just downstairs. The city centre is reachable by tram, but if the weather is good a walk on the riverside is highly recommended. Friendly and considerate owner.
