  Everything in this hotel was very good! Staff speaks english, the rooms are nice are nice and clean, no complaints at all! I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel. You can buy tickets on the trams but you need coins to pay for them, ... wat mensen zeggen » around 2.40 zloty per person and you are in the old town in las than 5min.   Brand new, clean apartment, top quality fittings. Near to all the attractions. Yet quiet enough to get a great nights sleep. Helpful owners gave ideas of where to go in Krakow. Brilliant! - Very modern apartment. Great location. Will definitely be staying here again.

It's situated just adjacent to the Galeria Krakowska mall, main railway station, 7 minutes walk from Main square. Appartment is spacious and comfortable.   All members of staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. I think the staff at the Conrad Hotel are an asset to the hotel. - the restaurant is nice the hotel is quite clean and comfortable

All tv is in Polish. Great chance to learn Polish if you want. All the free cigarette smoke you want in the stair case up the 5 floors of walking too! You do not have to buy your cigarettes just breath the air! Parking is only $11/day on the street! You must pay from - Robert the owner was very efficient in answering any queries that we had. He ensured our stay was comfortable. Location was perfect, approx 15 minute walk from the old town and 2 minutes from the jewish quarter. Apartments wer clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend staying here.
