  The rooms were very spacious. The location was perfect and once we found our feet realised that we were in walking distance from most restaurants and bars. The food was good with plenty of variety. The people outside the hotel spoke very little english but enough for us to get by. A train ride for 2 - 3 euros to a place called Sopot is a must. Its... wat mensen zeggen » a beach resort but also nice in the winter. The drink and food is for nothing (outside the hotels) so great value for money. There is a taxi rank out - The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke such good English, I was ashamed to not speak Polish. They were always a pleasure to deal with. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and cafes and walking distance to shops. I would stay here again.

  Prior to our arrival the communication was excellent, the staff booked us a taxi as our flight was due to arrive after midnight, even though our flight was 2 hours late the taxi was there as reliable as ever and was 120 zloty which i know is a good rate for a taxi. On arrival (in the middle of the night) there was no problem collecting the keys ... wat mensen zeggen » and being shown where our apartment was. We were blown away with how amazing the rooms were, perfectly clean, spacious and warm. Really was luxury!! - The location was excellent and the apartment very well appointed. The pool/sauna/steam room were great, although the pool is small, and all staff were very friendly and helpful -especially the young blond girl (Kasia) working at the pool.

  Stayed at the Grand Cru Hotel over the last weekend and I was very pleased with the high standards of the hotel itself and with the service. I had dinner in the restaurant on one of the evenings and would recommend it for quality, service and value. My waiter was great and I would not have known it was his first night if he had not told me - good ... wat mensen zeggen » job! The free WiFi really worked all over the hotel, makes life much easier than billing by the day. The hotel is just round the corner from the water - It's location close enough to the historic center yet in a secluded and quiet area. Our room was spacious,it was comfortable, clean and quiet. The architecture of the building with a mix of new and some touches of old style. The minimalist decoration in the rooms. Tastefully designed restaurant as well. They had a very sweet gesture and offer my husband and me complimentary dessert and a drink for our 32nd Wedding Anniversary. Thanks grand cru!!!
