  We had a business room which was massive in size and ideal for a running toddler (18 mths) with plenty of space without getting on top of our bags etc. They provided a travel cot which we requested and this was in great condition and worked well.   The rooms were very spacious. The location was perfect and once we found our feet realised that we were in walking distance from most restaurants and bars. The food was good with plenty of variety. The people outside the hotel spoke very little english but enough for us to get by. A train ride for 2 - 3 euros to a place called Sopot is a must. There is a taxi rank out - The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke such good English, I was ashamed to not speak Polish. They were always a pleasure to deal with. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and cafes and walking distance to shops. I would stay here again.

  Stayed at the Grand Cru Hotel over the last weekend and I was very pleased with the high standards of the hotel itself and with the service. I had dinner in the restaurant on one of the evenings and would recommend it for quality, service and value. The free WiFi really worked all over the hotel, makes life much easier than billing by the day. The hotel is just round the corner from the water - It's location close enough to the historic center yet in a secluded and quiet area. Our room was spacious,it was comfortable, clean and quiet. The architecture of the building with a mix of new and some touches of old style. The minimalist decoration in the rooms. Tastefully designed restaurant as well. They had a very sweet gesture and offer my husband and me complimentary dessert and a drink for our 32nd Wedding Anniversary. Thanks grand cru!!!

  This was a very nice hotel. Good location just 50 yards up from the river and also pretty close to everything in and around the city. The hotel was very clean and bright and the staff were helpful. The staff was friendly and helpful; a special praise goes to the staff in the breakfast room. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were rather big and the bathroom was large enough.
