Hoewel het een restaurant was in een hotel, heb ik er prima en genoeglijk gegeten; bovendien had het zeer royale openingstijden. - Het personeel was vriendelijk en sprak perfect engels, toen we aankwamen was de kamer erg warm, probleem werd direct opgelost.Prima verblijf gehad!

  I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. The best place to stay in Krakow and it is a real value for money. WELL done to all staff and keep on doing a good job. I will defenitely stay there again - Everyt... wat mensen zeggen » hing. Spacious room with conmfortable beds; staff always very nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast with a big selection of food and all of it of good quality. And the location is excellent. Just next to the Carmelite Church (referenced in travel guides) and less than a 10min walk to Cracow's old square.

  Oh my gosh, I loved the staff. I have stayed in hotels in SLovenia, Thailand, Paris, Barcelona, Turkey, Italy, Lebanon, Australia and Jordan in the past two years and no hotel has offered the friendly staff of Hotel Unicus. There was no pressure to tip or anything. The staff helped me with any quirky need or normal question I had. I don't think I have stayed in a Hotel which impressed me more in terms of the st - a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...

  We got a really good deal for two nights.the staff were so friendly and helpful.there was washing machine and dryer.rooms were very spacious clean and trendy.was 20min walk to the old town and was raining heavy when we stayed however the girl at reception organised the tour buses to pick us up right outside the door which was perfect.would definit... wat mensen zeggen » ely stay here again. - The staff were really pleasant , there's nothing they wouldn't do for you. Tours such as that to auschwitz and the saltmines ran directly from the hotel via bus at a great rate. Great bar, great food, very comfortable clean rooms with toiletries and towels replaced every day, simply a great place, I couldn't recommend it more!!.
