Also, it proved to be a good place for a little bit of star spotting. Whilst there, I saw a famous Filipino singer, as well as the Vice Mayor of Davao city!

  The hotel has a good lighting that makes it appealing and creates nice ambiance. Their well-trained courteous staff are helpful. My room was very spacious with a comfortable huge bed and clean bathroom. I'm glad to have tried their famous Garden Oases restaurant that offers unique and delicious dishes -- seafood is a must try!   By far awesome hotel for a older hotel, but 4 star services. Decent area outside to check out the locals selling things. 10 mins to everywhere. Food awesome, decent price,get the buffet with you stay, staff great, changed a froze up ac with another in minutes. Free water delivered to you, room service great. The atmosphere is cheerful and rooms are okay usually. Pool is nice located in center of hotel prmenade and has nice restaurant open 24 hours, free breakfast and is reasonably quiet and safe.Booking dot com makes the hotel a great deal!
