The staff are quite friendly. The room is up to standard for its price.
Good location as you can walk everywhere in puno. The breakfast was
good. It was easy to organise a trip to the lake when I turned up. You
can organise onward transport to your next destination from the hotel
aswell. The wifi worked well inside the room on the third floor. You can
get views of the lake from the hotel but nothing spectacular. alle beoordelingen »
All great, especially the lady owner, the nicest Peruvian I met (considering Peruvian as the most agressive, unfriendly and dirty nation in the whole South America). She is lovely, helpful, rooms clean, wifi +/- ok, great breakfast served in grandour style. Location very handy - nearby a modern supermarket, 6blocks to Titicaca and few blocks to the Plaza Armas. Many restaurants, shops around.
Santa Maria was such a great deal! My room was comfortable and clean,
and the staff was super nice. They helped me arrange a reasonably priced
tour to Uros island and inexpensive transport to the airport. The
location was fairly good considering the cost (about a five minute walk
from the main street). The free wifi had a strong signal. Breakfast was
also free.
Fantastic service! We forgot our tablets in the hotel and the staff of Santa Maria Inn was so helpfull to send them along with a buscompany to our next stop. We are very gratefull to them! Hotel itself is very clean, great breakfast and good money value.
The rooms have good soundproofing from what is a busy road. The WiFi is good in the lobby area. The breakfast was good - included an omelette!.
Very good hotel! Clean and spacious rooms, nice and big hot shower, good breakfast, wifi, easy to prolong our stay. Very good price..!.
Good hotel! Clean and spacious rooms, big hot shower, good breakfast. The staff is very helpful to solve my problem. Very good price!.
Very nice and positive staff. Very helpful. Big clean rooms with hot
shower, tv, amazing view to the Lake Titicaca, good location.
It is cozy, having breakfast with an amazing view is a plus, strong hot water pressure, clean, warm blankets and friendly staff.
Great breakfast with mango juice. Centrally located. Staff were able to book onward travel if needed.
The location is excellent and the staff is very helpful to solve our problem.
Very clean, going out of their way personal business. Few care like this.
Great position Price/quality excellent Perfect for few days.
Location is convenient. Staff friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff, good location, is good for 1 night.

The breakfast is good. And the bed is ok. Have also a good shower.
Nice people
supermercado near
tourist district near.
The breakfast is good.
no rooms could really enjoy the lake view, even thought the breakfast room at the top floor, but this hotel is located just 10-15 minutes walk from there, and quite near a supermarket "Plaza Vea".
Good location, breakfast, hot water.
Location is good.
They advertise 24 hour service but when I arrived early in the morning
the hotel was closed so I had to wait outside in the cold until they
opened at 6am.
Staff members have almost non-existent English, so communication is
difficult if your Spanish is not very good (like mine). There is only
one key for the front door, and if a staff member isn't around,
you'll be locked in.
None.
The WiFi could not be accessed easily from your room. The hostel is quite a distance from the lake, the bus station and the city centre.
Room a bit cold.
Staff didn't speak English, we didn't speak Spanish, was a bit
difficult to communicate, but they helped in every question.
It is nothing about the hotel itself, more just the location, which of course they cannot help. It is located on a pretty busy street corner with loud honking up until 10 pm from all of the cars. But if you put ear plugs in that helps tremendously!.
Internet connection worked intermittently.
Nothing.
No heat in the rooms. Staff provided hot water bottles to warm the bed but was COLD in the Am (like 50 degrees F in the room!).
It was very cold in the bathroom, impossible to take a shower!.
The room can be cleaner.
nothing.
The pillow.
Room a bit cold.
The city is dirty and there is nothing else to do or visit after visiting the Uros Island. Capacabana in Bolivia is much more beautiful and cleaner than Puno. 1 day is quite enough.
Really loud store across the street with speakers pointed at the hotel with loud music playing until late.
No Heat in the room and the shower was intermittent hot and freezing..
i booked a shuttle to the airport with the reception for 6.30 in the morning as i had a flight at 9.00 in Juliaca(1h travell.
the flush of toilet doesn't work well.
Our room was so dusty I could barely breath. Could sleep all night because the carpet and blankets were so dirty and did dare taking a shower as the bathroom seemed to be falling apart.
