The staff were VERY helpful to me! I was having trouble with banking and they immediatly had me on the phone with them! The place is VERY nice and depending if you can get a deal or not, this is an excellent value for money. Also, the breakfast is very good! -

Firstly, immediately after booking through letsbookhotel.com, I got a welcome message from the Hotel itself. They also arranged for Airport pickup. Arrived at close to midnight and the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Checking in was efficient and quick. The room as well as the bathroom are very nice and clean. The size of the room is ok and the location of the hotel is excellent. There are Restaurants as well as a Supermarket nearby so that having dinner was no problem at all.
The chocolates the cleaning lady put on the bed was a nice feature. Helpful and friendly hotel staff.
The Hotel has a Taxi service with fair prices. Ask for Mariano, he is friendly, reliable and punctual.

Location is one of the most affluent and quiet in Lima. Breakfast is nice and copious, rooms are very big, modern and renovated. Overall it's a truly great option in Lima, as even most famous expensive hotels in Lima are quite old and rundown.
