Leisurely walking by the sea and terrific shopping within a minute walk from the hotel. Location is superb!   Loved the room, very very nice. The breakfast was great, good selection of bread, cheese, cold cuts, fruit, pastries and fruit juice etc. The beds are very comfortable, I managed to sleep well even with a bad back. Great choice of food and natural juices including smoothies at breakfast. Central location, wide choice of toiletries including toothbrush and razor.

  We have stayed a few times and like staying on the harbour. Staff are very friendly and keen to make our stay enjoyable. Good area for walking to the countryside and some beautiful lakes The food was good and the chef and staff went out of their way to be friendly.   The stuff of the hotel was nice and helpful, the breakfast was okay (sausages, eggs, fish, fruits, vegetables, cheese, yogurts...). The room was brilliant, with a very comfortable bed and a free Wi-Fi (which you have to activate by code you can get on the reception). The staff were more than helpful and a credit to the hotel. Lastly, the bike hire was a nice added touch. I would recommend to a friend 100%.

Wonderful place, in fact we have booked another stay after going down through Fjordland to Stavanger, the night before leaving - The food was gr8 and the breakfast was loads to choose from and they had been kind enough to replace the dishes which was wrongly ordered by me. If your flight is really early in the morning then this hotel would be a strong recommendation as they have a screen which shows the status of the flights.

  The staff is amazing, so helpful. I had asked about a nice restaurant because it was our 10 year wedding anniversary, she went through a few options until we decided on a location. She immediately made reservations for us and within 30 minutes of us getting settled in our room, there was a knock at the door with a complimentary bottle of champagne... wat mensen zeggen » and a note congratulating us on our anniversary from the front desk staff. Above and beyond. Bravo!!! - Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good for four star Norwegian hotels but less than other four star hotels elsewhere in the world.
