  In an expensive city like OSLO this is the best place to stay. The cleanliness of the hostel was by far the best i have seen. Even better than the 5 star hotels. Clean linen and clean facilities. The breakfast is included which is great and offers a stomach full of food which you would pay an excruciating price anywhere else in Oslo. I spent 8 mon... wat mensen zeggen » ths in Oslo but this hostel is the cheapest and the best you can get in Oslo. Location is also great a walk from all the major tourist attractions and - Great location, is close to everything (train and bus station too). The room (very clean) was a bit small, however the bathroom was big enough. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and plentiful. There is a huge hall downstairs where drinking tea and making friends. I recommend this hostel! Ps: very close to the hostel there's a good restaurant, Nilsen Spiseri, and with the card of the hostal, at the dinner, you have a 10% discount.

  We really enjoyed the kitchen and ability to cook for ourselves - as we'd saved a lot of money. Also situation is just perfect - about 5 minutes of walking to the city center! - We really enjoyed the situation of the hotel - it is really very close to the city center and bus stations.   we dachten dat we in het hostel sliepen maar we werden naar het hotel gestuurd, erg prettig! - The staff at the Anker Hotel was very nice friendly. The breakfast was excellent. - I'll stay there next time
