Good host who provided useful local information on nearby pubs and cafes. Very close to Central station and tram routes. Flat well sourced with tea/coffee and travel guides/maps. Luckily we were on first floor - good tip to ask for this flat. Able to leave bags in cycle shop next door which was also run by our host. Very good value for centre

Great location, very easy to find, very central-just off Dam square and
a 5 minute walk from central station. Staff very friendly and very
helpful, carried our luggage upstairs. Sorted problem with tv
immediately. Happy to store luggage for you before you book in and
after you book out. Standard is similar to that of a good youth hostel
in the uk.

The adequate distance between Mr. Servio and his hearty preparation of kitchen showed me another value different from expensive and exclusive.

After a few regular hotels on our way to Amsterdam Servio's dedication, personal touch and unobtrusive assistance was a refreshing and important part of our Amsterdam experience. Pleasant service. Good price and quality ratio. Close to the tram stop. About 10 min to go to the central station. It was very interesting to live in house, wich stands on the water. -
