  The room was understated luxury. Sumptuous bed and pillows. Bright white linen. Lovely design with a local Moroccan influence in its elegant simplicity. Staff were lovely, helpful but not pushy. The design of the hotel was well thought out and stylish enough without being pretentious or intimidating

  The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy. They kept our pram for us in their luggage area every night, surprised my wife with a birthday... wat mensen zeggen » cake and rose petals - not sure how they knew, perhaps noted from her passport or her checking in on Facebook!! Also, free breakfast in bed is great - The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. Location was excellent....15 minute walk to the new town and a few minutes walk to the souks. We have stayed in many hotels throughout the world and experienced many different levels of service from staff..
