  Mooie riad en mooie kamer. Vriendelijke ontvangst en behulpzame eigenaar. We hebben één keer het avondmaal genomen en dat was lekker. Transfer vanaf de luchthaven was comfortabel en aan te raden (niet eenvoudig om de riad zelf te vinden).   Riad Rafaele was the oasis we were looking for after a long drive back to Marrakech. Didier gave us a phenomenal welcome and an excellent recommendation for dinner. Our room was Suite Rafele which was very roomy and comfortable. The shower and bathroom were great too, and one of those things that varies a lot across riads. The rose pettles scattered on the bed, a relaxing hamam and pretty mosaic pool really made this place number one! Also the staff are so warm and friendly and the evening meal was delicious! I would highly recommend this fantastic Riad!

  What makes Sirayane the perfect resort is the attentiveness of everyone associated with the hotel. From the moment we were met and greeted on arrived by the charming Reception staff and then the owner we were well looked after for the week that we were there.   Beautiful designed riad. Just stunning and in great location. Staff all female which makes a lovely change. However, you do need a little tiny bit of French or bring your dictionary. I think this is why they do not seem to be so helpful as other riads because it's difficult to converse when you don't speak each other's language. There is also great music which always seems to reflect the right moo - This place is exactly what you need in this chaotic city. It is cool, peaceful and a beautiful place to relax. My daughter and I found the staff so helpful, even getting up at 4.45 am to give us an early morning call before our balloon trip. My daughter got a henna tattoo in the market that she was very disappointed with so the staff organised for her to get another as a gift f

Ideally located to truly experience both the old and the new Marrakech. Why stay in the 'sterile' new city hotels and never experience Marrakech as it's meant to be experienced? What a place to escape to from the mayhem of the souks of the old Medina and the travails of the daily drudgery - The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.
