It was one of our best trips ever thanks to this Riad and Its staff. The place and the rooms are beautiful.the welcome is very warm and The staff is extremely Nice and caring. The location is ideal, a few minutes away from jemaa El fna from Bahia palace and from tombeaux saadiens.
I Would definitely recommend this Riad. Nothing feels Like waking up in one of Its rooms to the sound of little birds and having breakfast on top of Its breathtaking terrasse. Enjoy

Palais Riad Berbere is een top riad. Het is een super verblijf met een prachtig buitenbad en binnenbad. Niets is teveel; wil je in de hamam, maken ze de hamam klaar (gratis), wil je iets anders eten dan eigenlijk kan s' avonds, wordt geregeld. Heerlijke grote kamers, echt top! Enige, als je in de medina wilt zitten moet je wat anders boeken. Wij zaten hier de laatste dagen Marrakech na een paar dagen medina, super combinatie!

What a wonderful place this is, it felt like a sanctuary. The staff and owners could not be more helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble.

Casa Lila is amazing! It felt like a real treat. They upgraded us to a
bigger room at no charge, and the Rose suite was phenomenal! I loved the

The reception staff was very helpful providing a map and locations with restaurant recommendations. The breakfast on the terrace was served by a calming and attentive member of staff and varied each morning. Our suite on the second floor was spacious and quiet. Located in the Medina this riad is close to everything. The terrace area was good for sunbathing and there were loungers on another floor too. Plenty of places to sit comfortably within the riad.

With so many Riads to choose from our end choice was based on other
reviews. We chose to be met at the airport as arranged by Zak the
manager of the Riad, this cost 15€ and we would advise others to do the
same as the Tahar Oasis would be very difficult to find. On arriving
close to the hotel we were taken on foot to the Riad through a few
streets

were concerned as the alleyway was dark and our natural instincts were
one of danger -
The staff at the hotel were fantastic as was the decor, comfort and the
best breakfast I had while in Morocco. I like the riad set up as it is
very authentic and the roof terrace at the Tahar was really lovely.
Location too, right on the edge of the shopping district was just right,
but being off the main streets very quite and relaxing too. It is hard
to find alone, but the manager is happy to meet you if you need and
assist with directions and luggage.

It was our first night in Marrakech and what a great choice! Riad Lorsya is a hidden gem. We loved everything about it. The room was lovely, with an exotic feel, clean and comfortable. I loved the hostel, it's great, Said and Christopher are really kind and nice, always helping. They have a transfer service to pick you on airport coast 20 €, its better to ask for the transfer because the place it's a little bit dificult to find, and if you go by taxi, will be 15 € and they will leave you in the square and you'll not find the place without pay a lot of money for the local people.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. It was an amazing place to stay, the staff was friendly and super
helpful, the Riad was clean and beautifully decorated. One of the best
places in Marrakesh. The value is good for what you get and the
breakfast were tasteful! The location is good as it is in the medina so
it is quiet and you can be in the main square in just 10 min. Walk.

Quiet and unassuming, not luxurious but perfectly acceptable. Good facilities, lovely dining area for breakfast, and will provide dinner on request. No baths but perfectly adequate shower. Enough wardrobe and storage for your clothes, large double beds if a little too hard for me personally. Plenty of pillows and lovely warm duvets.
