Wonderfull Riad at the quieter border the medina with very lovely and
helpfull staff. We enjoyed our stay of 3 nights so much! The Riad was a
real arabian Palace and we felt like some Sultans or Scheichs :) We will

Nice hotel, clean, tidy. Nice and friendly staff, who helped us identify a city guide and informed us a little bit about the city. The hotel was very quiet and with a terrace with nice views of the ancient medina. Located in the medina but a little far away from the Bab Bou Jeloud Gate.

My husband and I loved Riad Razane. Moustafa who runs it is a gem. She made us feel at home from the moment we walked through the door. The place is beautiful, a real work of art. Our room was lovely and comfortable. We were centrally located in the Medina and could walk to the souqs. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it two more days. Beautiful traditional Moroccan riad. There are open terrace on the roof, which is bit higher than other buildings around, so you can enjoy the view.
All rooms are decorated in individual, original way with different paintings. Some rooms have only a window to internal yard, which is very nice. On the first floor there are rest area with sofas, guide books and other travel materials.
The owner is French and speaks English perfectly. He is very friendly and attentive to the guests.

Prachtig hotel, rustig en verscholen achter een simpele deur, maar slechts 3 minuten van de drukte van de Medina.
Agnes heeft alles keurig geregeld: gidsen, taxi's, bagagedragers: allemaal tot op de minuut strak geregeld.

We spent three nights there and took two day trips from Fes (Meknes, 1 hour and Taza 2 hours). The hotel's proximity to the train station made it an ideal location for us, though it is still only a short petit taxi ride (10mins) to the Medina (9.50 Dirhams on the meter, though be careful because most taxis outside are picking up people from the train station and ripping them off. One taxi quoted us 40 Dirhams)
There is a nice outdoor pool on the ground floor. Buffet breakfast was nice.
