Nothing was ever too much trouble, Faysul was an exceptionally good host, his welcome was always warm and wide smiled and genuine. When we were back at the riad we spent most of our time on the roof terrace sipping mint tea supplied by Aziz and listening to the call to prayer. If we were to stay in the Medina again we w - Faisal the evening manager was a true asset. He even came out to meet us late at night when taxi got lost. The owner marcus was also friendly. Overall the reception was warm. The handout with information on the hotel was useful. Rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
