  Riad Rafaele was the oasis we were looking for after a long drive back to Marrakech. Didier gave us a phenomenal welcome and an excellent recommendation for dinner. Our room was Suite Rafele which was very roomy and comfortable. The shower and bathroom were great too, and one of those things that varies a lot across riads.   The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy.   Everything was enjoyable. The price was budge-friendly, the staff were welcoming. The Riad was very homey and comfortable - felt like a home whilst we were there.   Alles was in een woord perfekt. Inrichting van het Riad was stijvol, kamers mooi en schoon. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, werden van vliegveld opgehaald. Ontbijt was iedere dag anders en werd in stijl op het dakterras opgediend. De afstand tot het jeema lel fna was maar 7 minuten.   We loved every moment of our stay! Free shuttle from/to airport was a brilliant bonus. The location was 30 minutes out of town but free afternoon / evening shuttle solved this problem. While we enjoyed the market square, we were pleased to be a little out of town, away from the noise and pollution. We had a villa and enjoyed the privacy it ha... wat mensen zeggen » d to offer. It was so pretty and we enjoyed being served breakfast besides our private pool. The service from Omar and his family was first class! A - The villa is very aesthetic, the owner has a talent for this. Location is a little bit remote, but the management organizes free shuttles to Marrakech and back twice a day, and also to the Menara airport and back (but not before 8 am). It is an oasis of tranquility, the staff is professional, the food is ok. The surroundings is beautiful, settled with so much style. Ideal for relaxing holidays!

  There are many things that we really liked, here is a basic list: 1. Location: The riad is 15mins drive from the airport. The taxi can drop you at the doorstep unlike many other Riads which are located in the narrow lanes of the Medina and have to be reached on foot. Staff: The staff at the Riad is very friendly and went all - The Riad is very nice, we had a nice breakfast every morning and got an upgrade of our room for free. The room had aircon, was cleaned everyday and the bathroom is perfect. The swimming pool is small, but if you just want to cool down it's a perfect size! I would absolutely recommend it. It's a ten minute walk from the 'Jema el fnaa' square in a quiet neighborhoud.
