When we were away for trips, they are flexible and prepared breakfast earlier just for us. Pool area full but no nonsense over sun beds, the pool attendant made sure everyone got a place in the sun. Close to all local amenities, check out the railway station, really great building.   Comfortable small riad ran by a nice family. The owner is very polite and doesn't disturb you. We had a feeling that we were living in our own home. Rooms are clean and spacious. Located in a small derb (lane) away from the street noise, very quite. Close to the bus station (Bab Doukhala) and there is a car parking very clos - I came to Marrakesh in the middle of Aug., which was a low sea for tourist, there is only me check in during the afternoon and in the second day I knew there was one more guest. The owner was local, who can speak English,French,Arabic. And he can play guitar and Luta(a local musical instrument) very well. Location is good. You will reach the Medina in 10 minutes by foot.
