  The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. - Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.

  What makes Sirayane the perfect resort is the attentiveness of everyone associated with the hotel. From the moment we were met and greeted on arrived by the charming Reception staff and then the owner we were well looked after for the week that we were there. The food offers something for everyone & though I've heard complaints about the price it is no more than we would pay over here (and taking into account the hotel is basically an oasis in the middle of a barren land I'm sure the overheads

Ideally located to truly experience both the old and the new Marrakech. Why stay in the 'sterile' new city hotels and never experience Marrakech as it's meant to be experienced? What a place to escape to from the mayhem of the souks of the old Medina and the travails of the daily drudgery - The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.
