The host was extremely friendly and went out of his way to make our stay there special, he also cooked amazing food for us on our last night! The riad had been completely renovated in a modern style whilst retaining its original charm.   It looks just like the pictures, the riad was very clean and the people were very nice, the pool isn't that small and the food was amazing. Pancakes for breakfast, yoghurt, fresh orange juice and fresh mint thee. We also had half- pension and we could choose if we wanted lunch or dinner. It's the little things in this riad that m - Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week.   Loved the take of a modern Riad built in the traditional fashion located in the middle of the mayhem of the Souk of the old Medina. Ideally located to truly experience both the old and the new Marrakech. Why stay in the 'sterile' new city hotels and never experience Marrakech as it's meant to be experienced? What a place to escape to from the mayhem of the souks of the old Medina and the travails of the daily drudgery - The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.
