  Fantastic and helpful staff. Only 1 min walk from Djemaa el Fna. Cosy atmosphere at the hotel, feels very local and different in a good way. The rooms are nothing special, but you don't expect that anyway. However, the rooms are clean, everything works fine!   Absolutely delightful staff, just walking through the doors of the Riad it felt like coming home. There was a wonderful family feeling about the place and a great relationship between the staff and we were treated more as family than as simply paying guests. A beautiful place .. our little oasis in the heart of the Medina. Olivier, Mustafa, Abdu, Ai - Riad Aloes is perfectly situated in the Medina within easy reach all the markets and main sites. The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.

  I would love to say thank you to Said, your special attention, honesty and nice behavior made our trip in Marrakesh really unforgettable. The riad is beautiful and authentic, very quite and Said takes care of everything in a perfect way. he also gave us some advice for the excursion to Ourika Valley and to the desert. We also miss the authentic and very good breakfast! - I loved the hostel, it's great, Said and Christopher are really kind and nice, always helping. They have a transfer service to pick you on airport coast 20 €, its better to ask for the transfer because the place it's a little bit dificult to find, and if you go by taxi, will be 15 € and they will leave you in the square and you'll not find the place without pay a lot of money for the local people.

  After a well-organised transfer from the airport we arrived at this lovely riad with very welcoming and friendly staff. Location was ideal for the souks and main square (only 1-2 minutes' walk) but in a very quiet area. On the first night we had a dinner at the Riad, we agreed that Fadwa's chicken Tajine was the best meal we've had for the entire ... wat mensen zeggen » trip. We could not thank Fouad enough for his hospitality. He always make sure that we've got that we need. The breakfast is delicious and massive. Al - I stayed at Riad Balkisse on my first visit to Marrakesh I have to say that what made my stay so great is the staff. Fouad is a genuinely caring person. . We arranged to have dinner in the Riad the night we arrived it was delicious. The roof terrace is a fabulous place for the tasty breakfast or a quiet drink in the evenings. Riad Balkisse is well located and is only a 3 minute walk from the Souks and a 2 minutes walk to the main square. Many thanks for an unforgettable stay to all the smiling
