  We were efficiently collected from the airport and brought to the door of the Riad. From that moment we received the most outstanding service imaginable: we were greeted in person and offered refreshments to relax. They also kindly stored our bags while we were on a desert tour.   We were moved to their sister hotel Dar Les Cigognes so that our rooms would interconnect properly. We stayed in rooms Sahara, painted like a fantasy desert complete with camels and starry sky, and Silver - an elegant four poster romance of a room. Both could not have been more perfect for their inhabitants. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

We found the room a little smaller than we expected and didn't have room for our luggage, however the en suite was spacious and well appointed and we were able to leave one suitcase there.   The hotel is a must for any art deco fan. The attention to detail is incredible. All the staff are friendly & helpful. The Hammam & massage were a wonderful antidote to the chaotic souk. The roof terrace was a lovely spacious place to relax and soak up the sun or star-gaze. The food was delicious. Breakfasts were plentiful. The food served was also excellent throughout our stay (breakfast) and we ate twice at night at the magnificent first level terrace (same as for the breakfast even though the roof top terrace is also available). The spa services that my wife received were also at the same level of quality.
