  This Riad is, simply, perfect! Before we had even arrived the customer service we received was excellent. We stayed here for 4 nights whilst on our honeymoon in Marrakech. The owners, Charlotte & Patrice are extremely friendly and hospitable, as are Abdul, Ahmed and the rest of the team. The riad is a place of calm and quiet in a very busy city, and a dip in the pool was v - Riad Itrane was perfect in every way. Even before we arrived we had been made to feel welcome by the owners, Charlotte contacting us the week before to offer a driver to pick us up from the airport at a reasonable price, and a very delicious meal at the Riad the night we arrived (also a very reasonable price).   The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy.
