Nothing was too much trouble for Kacem, from booking the airport taxi to providing us with guide maps and giving endless advice, what a nice man!!. We are pretty adventurous and will eat anywhere but never found the - I would absolutely stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone. We were picked up at the hotel by a driver sent by the hotel- very friendly and spoke some english. Hotel manager, Kasem, also spoke english and was very friendly and accommodating. We had the best mint tea and delicious food prepared by the charming Fatima. We would go back again just to see her! Armond, the hotel assistant, was kind and helpful.   It was one of the greatest hotels that i ever stayed! Staff (especially Mrs. Senha) was unbelievable! Riad itself was amazing! Room was very big and relaxing. Welcome tea was very nice.   My girlfriend and I stayed in the Riad end of May 2013 after a recommendation of friends. It is a beautiful Riad with very very friendly staff. Christian and Driss have taken good care of us. The breakfast is great, lots of fresh products and home made yogurt and good coffee in the sun on the terrace. I would recommend the riad to everybody who want - Christian, Dris and the team are amazing, very friendly and welcoming. They are always willing to accommodate. The facilities are excellent. the roof terrace offers a great view over the medina. The rooms are huge and very stylish and the ensuite Bathroom is large. Nice lounges on the ground floor so you can get out of the sun on the hottest of days. Thanks again guys

  This an absolutely gorgeous Ryad in the Medina. It's excellent located and the staff was amazing. All very supportive and willing to help. They offered us good useful information on how to discover Fes.   Wonderfull Riad at the quieter border the medina with very lovely and helpfull staff. We enjoyed our stay of 3 nights so much! The Riad was a real arabian Palace and we felt like some Sultans or Scheichs :) We will come back definitly! We have seen some other Riads at fes but nothing was so amazing like that. The hotel was very quiet and with a terrace with nice views of the ancient medina. Located in the medina but a little far away from the Bab Bou Jeloud Gate.
