De vrouwelijke leiding is betrokken op haar gasten. Ze vonden dat we een te kleine kamer hadden en kregen een riante grotere aangeboden. Bij ons vertrek 's morgens om 6.30 zwaaide de gastvrouw ons zelfs uit.
Een plek om naar terug te gaan. -
Behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Authenticiteit van het gasthuis. Alles netjes en schoon.

The management and staff were tremendous, and provided an authentic experience of Morocco. The Kamalchaoui embodies Moroccan hospitality, and provides fantastic views of the village of Bahlil as well as Fez in the distance. Welcome, Welcome, that's the word that you hear the most in this Riad, but it's not just a word because Kacem and his team really do make you feel at home and part of their family.
Nothing was too much trouble for Kacem, from booking the airport taxi to providing us with guide maps and giving endless advice, what a nice man!!.

I would absolutely stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone.
We were picked up at the hotel by a driver sent by the hotel- very
friendly and spoke some english. Hotel manager, Kasem, also spoke
english and was very friendly and accommodating. We had the best mint
tea and delicious food prepared by the charming Fatima. We would go back
again just to see her! Armond, the hotel assistant, was kind and
helpful. The hotel also arranged for Nadia, a guide, to help us navigate
