The low cost of the hotel makes it a real deal. The hotel is not fancy but well looked after and the staff very friendly.   We were greeted by friendly staff and the place looks exactly as the pics ..no surprises Some rooms have fridges some don't ! probably a good idea if you want one to ask ahead . The King Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Location was perfect and walked everywhere.   Beautiful hotel, restaurant, garden. Excellent breakfast. Super friendly staff. Nicely decorated, big room. WiFi everywhere and it worked every day. And in a nice neighborhood and all for a great price.

  The price was incredibly reasonable, location was great it was close to everything in old Puerto Vallarta. Concierge was very knowledgeable & if she didn't know she'd find out for you. All the staff were very helpful. It was an enjoyable & wealth worth stay, I'll be definitely coming back again!!!! - Once we got a good room it was fine.   Ian at the front desk was amazing! We left a bag there and he sent it in a taxi to the airport for us and it made it in 20 minutes! He was so friendly. We will be back!!!!! - The staff were very helpful. bed was comfortable. wonderful view from room 405. good water pressure for shower great location, right by the pier

I love Puerto Vallarta and this is my favourite place to stay. - It's a wonderful location in the heart of Old Town Puerto Vallarta, MX and is right on the most famous beach. Has colonial Mexican charm and the employees were delightful. It' a great contrast from the modern high-rise resorts and condos in different pats of the PV area.

  echt, alles. het was een topvakantie - The place was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the beach was perfect. It is small and intimate, which is nice compared to those impersonal mega resorts. The food was good, and the service was too.

  The staff are very friendly, and I was really happy with my stay. I would most definitely recommend staying at Hotel Casino Plaza in Guadalajara. They offer great competitive pricing without compromising service or how clean everything is in the hotel and/or rooms. The rooms are very big, clean, and the whole hotel smells nice. Localization- 5-6 blocks from zocalo- 10 minutes (or less) walking, new building 2. big room with two 140cm-wide beds. 3. safebox in the wardrobe, good wifi speed, aircondition. 4.Helpfull staff speaking good english ( we do speak spanish but for some tourists it is important) 5. nice small patio next to the restaurant. 6. new elevators. 7. very clean rooms and corridors. 8. good value for money
