I was so tired when I arrived at the hotel at 2 p.m., I got a quick meal at the restaurant, changed into my sleep shirt got into bed and slept 9 hours straight (I had to be at the airport at 4 a.m. the next morning). The room air conditioning was set at the perfect temperature, the bed was very clean and extremely comfortable. I loved the soap in

A very helpful tourist information staff member supplying us with maps and instructions for using the subway. He couldn't have been better.

Locatie van het hotel is mooi centraal je loopt zo het historisch centrum in en je bent ook zo op de zocola. Verder ben je 10 min. wandelend van de zona rosa af. Het is een goed hotel met ruime verzorgde kamers en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Wij mochten op de dag van vertrek de kamer en paar uur langer houden zonder bij te betalen. - helpful

The room was spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. It was also very quiet.
The staff reminded that the clocks were going forward the day before checkout which was brilliant otherwise I would have missed my flight.
There were some problems with WiFI internet access and my room phone but two staff sorted it our very quickly.

Excellent clean hotel. Great location close to metro and also for walking the city. The rooms are well soundproofed with very comfortable bed and pillows. There is a balcony in every room which has great sights over the city.
Would definately stay here again - great value for money.
