I really can't fault this place, it was perfect in everyway. My best friend and I stayed here for four nights and will be back without a doubt. This hotel was stunning from top to bottom. The staff was friendly, helpful, and so wonderful. The room I shared with my friends was absolutely gorgeous and had an ocean view. It had an en-suite kitchen which was great, and the bathroom was enormous. The entire facility was immaculately clean. Our personal concierge recommended Xcaret to us as an

We only stayed here one night, but boy, do I wish it was longer....
Pools are fantastic, rooms are well appointed. Ours had a full kitchen and laundry facilities - as well as great sea views.
The spa was fantastic also, with very attentive, friendly staff and good attention to detail, and a good service provided.
The hotel also has outdoor guest BBQ facilities, which I thought was a great idea.

Right on the beach. Great food with lots of choices-all-inclusive. Buffet plus Italian, oriental, and seafood restaurants. Entertainment available. Comfortable accommodations. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
