  This hotel was stunning from top to bottom. The staff was friendly, helpful, and so wonderful. The room I shared with my friends was absolutely gorgeous and had an ocean view. It had an en-suite kitchen which was great, and the bathroom was enormous. The entire facility was immaculately clean. Our personal concierge recommended Xcaret to us as an ... wat mensen zeggen » excursion, and it was beautiful. Definitely a great place to visit, especially for a family. - We only stayed here one night, but boy, do I wish it was longer.... Pools are fantastic, rooms are well appointed. Ours had a full kitchen and laundry facilities - as well as great sea views. The spa was fantastic also, with very attentive, friendly staff and good attention to detail, and a good service provided. The hotel also has outdoor guest BBQ facilities, which I thought was a great idea.

  Value for money. The staff in the dining room was excellent. unfailingly courteous, attentive without being officious or intrusive. The chambermaids were very good as well. There are a lot of different chaise at the beacht (but a lot of good places were busy in the early morning with just towels or bags of people who was not present at this chaise).   We had booked a room without balcony, but when we came to check in we kindly asked if they had a room with balcony they upgraded us for free to a lovlely room in the new apartments. Balcony, two double beds, ocean view and a big bathroom. Loved it! It was very clean and nice. We didnät have a wineopener in the room so when we called to ask if they had one we could use they quickly sent an old - The location of Casa Maya is ideal, right between touristy Punta Cancún and downtown. We walked along a fair amount of Cancún beachfront, and Casa Maya was located along one of the best stretches, with calm seas and a broad beach with fine sand. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent, as was the room service food.

  We traveled in August 2010. First of all the cleanliness in this hotel is amazing! Someone is always cleaning something! The buffet food was pretty tasty. The a la carte restaurants food was great....not big portions, but you can order doubles, triples.....Lots of palm trees for shade on the beach!!!! Lounge chairs, never had a problem finding ... wat mensen zeggen » one, and you don't have to get up early to get one. The Philippe bartender was great!!!I The view when you arrive in the lobby is spectacular!
