The hotel's location is very good, if you want to stay close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and the free shuttle service was excellent (keep in mind that you have to arrange for it beforehand, since there is no access to the hotel in the airport). Hotel is located 5 min. from airport with hotel shuttle for free. Location is not good because of the highway but it didn´t disturb me. Anyways it´s kind of hotel just for one day stay if your flight is too early or late for departure from Playa del Carmen or other distant location. Hotel was clean and really nice equiped. Breakfast was nice!!!

I really can't fault this place, it was perfect in everyway. My best friend and I stayed here for four nights and will be back without a doubt. The variety of food is really nice, food is of good quality. Dinner restaurants offer different cuisines, waiters are polite and helpful. Several pools, you can always find place near one of them or on the beach. The personnel is helpful and friendly. The room is spacios and clean, sea view. prettig rustig hotel, zeer vriendelijke mensen en zeer schoon - De mensen waren erg aardig en hebben ons goed op weg geholpen. Enige nadeel is dat het ver van alle toeristische attracties was en in het midden van het echte cancun lag. Maar de bussen rijden zo frequent voor zo weinig geld dat dat geen belemmering mocht zijn!

Alles was zeer netjes. We kwamen midden in de nacht aan en de service was ook toen nog top! - All was great, will stay there again, but after travelling throughout Mexico, cost of the room was steep. Compared to Cancun hotel zone it was lower priced, so no problems, Service was great and food was good.

This hotel was stunning from top to bottom. The staff was friendly, helpful, and so wonderful. The room I shared with my friends was absolutely gorgeous and had an ocean view. Pools are fantastic, rooms are well appointed. Ours had a full kitchen and laundry facilities - as well as great sea views.
The spa was fantastic also, with very attentive, friendly staff and good attention to detail, and a good service provided.
The hotel also has outdoor guest BBQ facilities, which I thought was a great idea.

Value for money. The staff in the dining room was excellent. unfailingly courteous, attentive without being officious or intrusive. The chambermaids were very good as well. Front desk great, checking in and checking out was very fast. -

Lovely beach (when not closed due to Barracuda!) and facilities. Staff quite helpful and friendly. Overall our deluxe ocean view room was okay, comfortable and clean.
