Please note that the resort will contact guests directly to arrange for a 30% deposit payment. Guests are required to make deposit payment within 5 days from the date of booking.
Guests are required to settle the balance payment and a compulsory Marine Park Conservation fee (Adults: RM 5.00, Children: RM 2.00) at the Mersing office before entering the island. The office is located at:

For ferry arrangements, guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their arrival details at least 7 days in advance. Ferry timings will be subject to availability.
Ferry schedules are as follows (subject to change depending on the tidal level):
Mersing Jetty – Tioman Island:
07:30, 10:00, 11:30, 14:00, 16:30
Tioman Island – Mersing Jetty:
07:30, 09:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:30
Guests are advised to depart from the resort in the morning upon check-out. Ferry timings will be delayed during school holidays, public holidays and weekends.
