Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. The location was great as the bus station is just around the corner along with the grocery that had everything you wanted. I loved Somerset Ampang, my apartment was very spacious, modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the facilities superb. I used the rooftop pool and gym every day which was great to wake up in the morning or refresh after a hard day's work. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre. The staff was gracious enough to call me n inform me that my room rates
will be reduced because of charging error. They could have just made me
pay the inflated rate but they were so honest and nice to revert my rate
to the lower one. For that I am ever so grateful.. I will surely stay
there again when I m in kl.

The staff were nice and friendly. They made the effort to make my one night stay comfortable. They arranged a plastic chair for showering purposes as I am an amputee. The room had plenty of space for the use of a wheel chair. The hotel was close to the Pavilion Mall which was Ideal for me.

I went to E & O residence with my family on 8th august 2013. The place is very nice, clean and beautiful. There is everything that a family of 4 adults need. The rooms, toilets, living room and kitchen are well maintained. Kitchen comes with all utensils like knife, pans, spoons and etc. You can even cook a meal or bake a cake for your family to enjoy.
Security very good. Be it parking your car or the lift going up the condo
The breakfast is quite limited but the taste is good.

A good hotel close to kl Sentral with communication to klia or to the
city (I.E. klcc). You could easily walk to the station from the hotel.
However, not with your heavy luggage. We had a nice suite with two rooms
and a kitchen on the eigth floor facing the pool. The rooms were good
but the cleaning could (as always) have been better. The pool are

Rooms are really spacious. The twin room is actually room with 2 queen-size beds, so it easily accommodated 2 adults with 2 kids. The pool is very nice, with a smaller pool for kids. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and on the way you can see an oldtown coffee restaurant. Hotel provided free shuttle to KLCC, but not too many. When I asked the customer service, it says there is no need to book the shuttle, and the rule is early arrival early served, but when I arrived 10 minutes earlier
