  1. Location ! It's super close to LRT, KTM,monorail and bus stations. U can go EVERYWhere in KL from this place. Great location makes our trip less tiring and confusing in a new place.. I love this location!! We checked in this hotel for 8 days 2. Our room was 1406 non smoking room, which is on the 14 th floor and the 15 th floor is designed for... wat mensen zeggen » executive suit .....Our room is clean, quiet and spacious with all the facilities.. 2 bottled water , tea bags and coffee everyday placed on the mini - Check in was no problem, rooms were reasonably sized and the tv unit was simple but good. The rooms were also very quiet. Some rooms have windows, others don't, I personally don't think that should make or break your stay here. The location could not be better, just an 8 minute walk from the major transportation hub of the city, couldn't really get better than that! This hotel was also close to a bar and a liquor store, something you can't find a lot of in KL.

  Before I booked this hotel, I read the negative feedback written by the previous customer. But to be honest, this hotel is not bad at all. When I arrived at the hotel, the security guard opened the door for us with a big smile. I booked two rooms for two nights and I am very satisfied with the cleanliness and the size of the room (not too small, n... wat mensen zeggen » ot too big. Just a nice size). My room was at the 7th floor where I could see nice view of klcc and twin tower. Plus, the hotel is close to lrt statio - I enjoyed my stay. Worry especially when my two daughters decides to go shopping on their own, they can easily get off the LRT and just walk back to the hotel. It is safe as the places outside of the hotel are always full of people,

  Nice place to stay while in Kuala Lumpur since it is accessible to everything we need while on vacation. What I commend most in Hotel Genesis is the honesty of the staff. We naturally said Yes and were delighted to be shown to a wonderful suite of rooms with an ensuite plus another separate toilet and hand basin. However, staff quickly came to the rescue and arranged for a luxurious priva - This hotel is approx. 20-30 mins. drive from the airport in a quiet rural community. It is the perfect place to stay if you need a quiet place to recharge your batteries between flights. A better option than going all the way to Kuala Lumpur. Hotel staff are very accommodating.

  Location was perfect for food, bars and generally getting around. It pays to walk around the area as the traffic is a bit hectic at nighttime. The hotel furnishings are dated but can be considered as Retro. A fresh coat of paint would give it life. All in all the staff where great, all smiles and very helpful. Friendly staff and especially one called Robert bell boy/driver was very helpful. Good swimming pool including for kids. Good view of the city skyscrapers from the rooms. Value for money and very spacious.

  Excellent service and quite good value. - very good value for money! clean bed, nice smelling bedsheets, pillows, clean bathrooms, big bed, big room, big nice breakfast, smiling friendly staff, good and safe location near the mrt station, really good budget hotel almost like a 3 star one!
