Before I booked this hotel, I read the negative feedback written by the
previous customer. But to be honest, this hotel is not bad at all. When

THe location was perfect. We arrived at 5am and were concerned about
getting to our hotel so we picked this one right next to a train
station. The transfer went smoothly and the hotel staff gave us our room
at 5am! The next morning we walked to the bird and butterfly sanctuary
stopping at a mosk and a few other tourist spots. In the afternoon we
walked to the kl Tower... And then found out there is a free bus to
shuttle tourists around kl. The added bonus is that one of the bus stops

The staff were extremely friendly and were always very ready to attend to all their guests' needs. Though they were lacking in certain aspects of service, it was enough to meet our basic needs. Furthermore, the hotel provides free shuttle service to Imbi Station or KL Central, which proves convenient for our departure transfer. However, you will need to book it way ahead the day of use as it is always pretty fully booked. The triple room we got was extremely spacious too.

The staff were delightful and couldn't do enough for us. The room for a really good size for 3 people with a view of the local market, mosque and the Petronas Towers in the distance. Fantastic location virtually opposite the monorail so easy to get to from the airport (via the KLIA Ekpress). Interesting area with lots of shops, restaurants. The market down the side street was an amazing experience - don't miss this! This hotel is highly recommended.
