  Kamer was vrij klein maar wel goed verzorgd en voorzien van de meeste zaken die ik in een hotel verwacht. Ik was vooral heel tevreden over het oog voor detail van het house keeping personeel. - 5 star environment - the hotel is modern and equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay.

  Nice place to stay while in Kuala Lumpur since it is accessible to everything we need while on vacation. What I commend most in Hotel Genesis is the honesty of the staff. My mom left assorted items of souvenirs inside the elevator & never expected that she could still recover said items thru the honesty of the staff. Thank you so much. Best hotel during our 3 week stay in Malaysia. - Nothing much to comment coz we use the room to sleep only. Our biz function normally located at PGRM and the location is ideal for us.

  Location was perfect for food, bars and generally getting around. It pays to walk around the area as the traffic is a bit hectic at nighttime. The hotel furnishings are dated but can be considered as Retro. A fresh coat of paint would give it life. All in all the staff where great, all smiles and very helpful. Melb Aus. - The location was the best with walking distance to any place 10mins away and the free bus ride within the city area overing KLCC and main halts like the Pudu bus station, Central market, Bukit Bingtan shopping area etc. Cleanliness was ok. Friendly staff and especially one called Robert bell boy/driver was very helpful. Good swimming pool including for kids. Good view of the city skyscrapers from the rooms. Value for money and very spacious.
