  Led by Nardya and Roberto, the entire staff of the hotel is providing excellent services and are very hospitable. They are happy to recommend the local eateries in the area which is very nice of them. Nonetheless I would recommend to taste the pizza in their restaurant Il Bacaro which is great. The breakfast is excellent and filling. - Beautiful heritage house right in the heart of Georgetown, an easy walk (in blistering heat!) to most of the key places to visit. The owners and staff were exceedingly friendly and professional, and the room was very comfortable. The house has been beautifully restored, with as much attention to detail in the common areas as the bedrooms. The huge, tasty breakfast was also a bonus!

  This hotel is a rare gem. The staff is simply exceptional in their level of care, friendliness and willingness to do anything possible to make your visit to Penang interesting and enjoyable. It rained part of the time we were there but this was a lovely place to just relax and read a book in peace. The Kebaya restaurant was where we had the best meal during our three days, wish it were open for lunch too.   Some of my ratings don't really do justice to this unique and beautiful hotel. Amazing setting, very helpful staff. The fittings of the hotel are perhaps a little tired in places, and they are currently part way through a major refurb...which will probably double the price!   Great location - it was a few blocks away from Gurney drive. Palaquinn is also in the area of very good food! Such as the Pulau Tikus market, ans hokkien mee and mee goreng. Staff (Jennifer) was very warm and enthusiastic, she pointed out to me the nearby attractions and the places for good food. It was very spacious - with my own living room, balcony, bedroom ans open air bathroom, I felt like I had the whole house to myself. Great privac - The heritage house is very pretty, décoration inside is tasteful and original. Location is not in the historical centre but a 10min bus ride leads there easily, safely and cheaply until late at night. More over, staff is super friendly, super helpful and super sweet.

  Stayed a night at Noodin Mews recently. Excellent in every way. The morning we arrived it is raining and we were able to check-in the room at 10am. The room is nice and Chinese style decor. Welcome drink and fruit plate was served. The staff are very friendly and nice, from the reception to the kitchen staff. It has a lap pool. I did not see anyon... wat mensen zeggen » e using it though. Probably it always rain and the morning (till around 11am) and at night. And by midday, when the sun is out, every one is exploring - Couldn't express how good the service of this boutique hotel. At first, I requested Noordin Mews if they could help me to make an earlier booking to buy a cake for my bf 's birthday on the day we check in. And it came out of courtesy that the hotel offered us a complimentary birthday cake which actually surprised both of us when the cake was ready in the room when we arrived. My bf was touched with the pre- arrangement. The welcome drink was a special chinese drink that was just nice especially

  I loved the location of hotel, maybe not outside area but it was handy to buses and all areas when walking. The Hotel was beautiful only 9 rooms and staff very attentive. Breakfast was delicious.
