  I liked this hotel so much! very relaxing place, very polite people. 100% enjoyed staying in it. Nice swimming pool and very close to beach and beside beach is a small bar, everything done for fantastic rest. And also loved massage done by professionals, felt super after each massage. thank you so much for comfort and relaxation! - thr location i... wat mensen zeggen » s amazing, far from noise, but still close enough to walk to the bars and restaurants. the hotel is on the beach, no need to walk for reaching it. the sunset was really nice. Breakfast had a lot of selection, both western and local, sweat and salty.

  Very clean and elegant rooms (for the price), super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good.Location is just good. Very trustworthy house-keeping (I lost a key of a rented scooter and one of the house keeping maids kept it with her for a safe keeping until I reported to the reception, and the bell boy was looking with me, then the house... wat mensen zeggen » - keeping maid told him: she found it and it's with her) I rewarded her with some cash for her honesty. - The hotel staffs were very accommodating with our requests. Conveniently located close to the Kuah Jetty. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. I accidentally left my external hard disk in the hotel and the staff/housekeeping were very responsive when I called and explained my dilemma. They managed to locate the device and have it shipped back to me almost immediately.

  Actually the room I wanted but not available via letsbookhotel.com was two bedrooms apartment. The room can only be booked directly with hotel but i need to pay full amount of deposit into bank account when making reservation for the said room. When I was there, I asked whether two bedrooms apartment still available. And they sai - Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location within short walk of several restaurants and shops and the beach. Family room was good size (with two large double beds and a large bathroom) and very comfortable. The pool area is great, facing a waterfall and a hill with subtropical rainforest. Excellent value for money. They offer a daily buffet dinner beside the pool, which is reasonably priced and offers a huge variety of food (Indian, Chinese, Malay, Western). I found the quality of the food

  Fabulous! The guest service for check is very good and very accomodative. Swimming pool is well maintained. Breakfast is acceptable. I will come again. - Satisfied with the staff, service and facilities. We feel so enjoyable, peacefully and relaxing. Everything was so wonderful. Recommended to others.

  Friendly Staff, Polite and always helpful whenever we needed. Stayed in Jr Suite was a good experience as big size room with nice massage chair. Restaurants are available near hote - We upgraded to the Junior suite and the room was excellent.
