Ambieance and peace of mind. It's a small, yet fully functional hotel with a character...staff very helpful. The centre view of the swimming pool, the oasis like atmosphere and comfort are splendid.Easy access to the train station. like staying in a real village. Close to LRT station. Room is spacious. Quiet environment. I was given good window view, but those rooms facing swimming pool will have corridor view. If you don't stay in hotel most of the day, then this hotel is good enough.

Although, the furniture are old and even the sofa are torn, the cleaniness is outstanding.The area is quiet although it is in the suburb. 1. Near the station. 2. Not global but local taste.the rooms were too old and bad furnature . old room and equepment . but outside the room it's quit good. Only the location was convenient cause near train station.Some old air conditioned equipment and signals of T.V. stations. internet connection very slow. The plants outside the balcony should be taken care of(look dry and perishing). Beautiful plants will enhance the balcony and surrounding. Should provide some malay kueh for breakfast. Breakfast menu, should not be the same every morning.quite difficult to locate,need bigger tvs and good reception,people come to relax.provide internet for those who require. Facilities are a bit old. No lift. No portable bathtub for babies. A little pricey for a 3-star hotel.assigned to top floor, and no lift available. Hard to carry lugagge all the way to top floor. The drinking glass, utensils are not properly washed. Dirty and doesn't smells fresh. I booked 3 rooms and every room got the same case.cleaniness need to improve as the towel we get are of grey white instead of white.Did not provide the newspaper after I asked to change for another publishers. The rate is quite expensive for such facilities.The buffet breakfast was not up to our expectation compared to other hotels we had stayed. Not up to par to Hotels in KL. Note: Hotel has no lift/elevator, reminder to request for ground floor rooms if guests has elderly persons coming along. Furniture and fittings are too old, need to be refurbished. Room furnishing not good enough. outside the room is good. The room thet was assigned to us was in a very bad condition and the air con was not felt. The sink was chocked. Then we requsted for another room and it was slightly better. Definitely wont stay there again.
