Looks liek an old hotel, but generally well-maintained.
The location is excellent, it's on the main road close to everything and although it can get a bit noisy during the day, it is fairly quiet at night and you can get some sleep. The pool was great - big and clean, it was thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis. It says you can use the pool from 9:30-5, but no one really cared about this rule and the staff said nothing about it either, so go ahead and use it all day long if you want to. The room is very spacious and the location is superb! Just opposite the
Underwater world and the beach. The view is great. Very convenient since
it's walking distance to restaurants, convenience store, Coco Valley
and Zon Duty Free.
It was great to have the pool when it got too hot or windy on the beach.

You have to ask to have your room cleaned, and do it in the morning, otherwise they may refuse to do it which is ridiculous considering it's a hotel and not some dirt cheap youth hostel! Some of the staff were not very pleasant, never smiling and always pretending everything was a problem and would need enormous efforts on their side. Just ignore them. The WiFi signal was too weak in our room and we could only use the internet in public areas.
The air conditioner and water heater stopped working and we had to ask
the receptionist to fix it. The pool is not so clean. Other than that,
it's great.
Some of the guests were very noisy late at night and there was no security to stop them drinking around the pool.
