  A very satisfying experience, service second to none, I left my things in reception and the security and general staff made this disaster in to a none event, my wallet was ultimately returned as a result of the hotel staffs diligent perseverance.   Oh,where I should start! We booked this hotel due positive review on booking,and we didn't regret! It was the greatest decision,since it made our stay in kl even more unforgettable! We got the room on 22nd floor,looking toward to Twin Towers! You can imagine how spectacular was it during the evening with all the light on, we could watch it without... wat mensen zeggen » stopping! The location is great,since you are close to everything,the mtr is just 10 min. Away, the hotel offer free shuttle mini bus (with about 8 p - We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing. We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though. The
