  The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak good English. The rooms are very spacious and always kept clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping malls, parks, chocolate/tea/coffee factories, historical places and landmarks. If I were to go to Malaysia and stay in KL again, I would definitely book at Hotel Imperial. Two- - Location is superb, close to Bukit Bintang Monorail. All daily needs can be found around this hotel. Shopping malls, fast food, cafe, groceries store, food massage can be reached 5 minutes by walk. Highly recommended.

The room had been ready as we arrived at the hotel, so we did not have to wait anymore. 3. The staffs are very friendly. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers.
