  - Fantastic staff. Because I took the night train from Penang, I arrived in kl early, hours before check-in. He won't hesitate to help if you need any. Helped me out by changing me to another room due to room's lock problem. Concerned about guests' safety. Breakfast is only bread and spread, but they are the finest and softest

  Staff at Serai Inn were super helpful and friendly. They confirmed my booking immediately and provided a detailed description of how to get to the guest house. The location is excellent - just 5 minutes walk to Puduraya bus station or Majid Jamek (train) and 10 minutes walk to China town.   even though I prefer hotelrooms with a window i did not mind too much that this room did not have a window. this way it was very quiet. room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. i needed to get to the 'Sentral' station very early in the morning, so the location was ideal.   A good hotel close to kl Sentral with communication to klia or to the city (I.E. klcc). You could easily walk to the station from the hotel. However, not with your heavy luggage. We had a nice suite with two rooms and a kitchen on the eigth floor facing the pool. The rooms were good but the cleaning could (as always) have been better. We asked them to turn down the volume several times and they did but after 10-15 minutes the volume was back - Rooms are really spacious. The twin room is actually room with 2 queen-size beds, so it easily accommodated 2 adults with 2 kids. The pool is very nice, with a smaller pool for kids. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and on the way you can see an oldtown coffee restaurant. Hotel provided free shuttle to KLCC, but not too many. When I asked the customer service, it says there is no need to book the shuttle, and the rule is early arrival early served, but when I arrived 10 minutes earlier
