  Location was perfect for food, bars and generally getting around. It pays to walk around the area as the traffic is a bit hectic at nighttime. The hotel furnishings are dated but can be considered as Retro. A fresh coat of paint would give it life. All in all the staff where great, all smiles and very helpful. Melb Aus. - The location was the best with walking distance to any place 10mins away and the free bus ride within the city area overing KLCC and main halts like the Pudu bus station, Central market, Bukit Bingtan shopping area etc. Cleanliness was ok. Friendly staff and especially one called Robert bell boy/driver was very helpful. Good swimming pool including for kids. Good view of the city skyscrapers from the rooms. Value for money and very spacious.

  A very satisfying experience, service second to none, I left my things in reception and the security and general staff made this disaster in to a none event, my wallet was ultimately returned as a result of the hotel staffs diligent perseverance. The hotel quietly catered for our every whim and was extremely well located for us to take advantage o... wat mensen zeggen » f the sights and delights of kl. - the room is really comfortable ,it has a nice view on Twin tours and the hotel is fantastic because it is near to Bukit bintang and their is Arab restaurants around the area I really enjoy the stay their If I came a gain I will always stay in this hotel
