  The staff without exception were friendly and helpful and made our stay easy. The rooms were comfortable, clean and soundproof. The swimming pool is a great place to de-stress after a long flight and we loved the food in gastro sentral restaurants. The closeness to klia express and ease of getting to the airport - Very convenient location next to Sentral station makes it so easy to connect to the airports. Great facilities - pools, spa, good restaurants and food choices. I stayed on the executive floor which is always a pleasure. Meridian is attached to the Hilton and you can walk through to use their coffee and food outlets and bars etc.

  A superior hotel. Staff are friendly,speak English and are a cheerful and respectful lot. The kl hilton is in the middle of kl. It has the main rail station at the door..convenient to go to a lot of places!! A very good price for the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Food and drink are not cheap (but not too bad) at the hotel...a pint of beer = 50 MYR-Malay ringgit which is about $15 usd/aud each - I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals. Have stayed a few times now and will always be my go to for short stays in KL, not located centally to Petronis Towers etc but public transport at your doorstep and is right on the extensive KL park netw

  even though I prefer hotelrooms with a window i did not mind too much that this room did not have a window. this way it was very quiet. room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. i needed to get to the 'Sentral' station very early in the morning, so the location was ideal. I like the staff's approach to us, very kind, helpful and considerate. They always greeted us when we passed by to them. All that we asked was granted especially luggage storage.   The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. I had problem with the locker and the staff there help me to settle it down very soon. The toilet is clean and make me feel comfort to past motion.   The location was great. Right next door to the Pasar Seni train station, and across the road from china town and central markets. The hop-on-hop- off bus stops right outside too. I am glad we got this one instead of right inside china town as I can't imagine trying to get through the crowded markets with suitcases. The transfer went smoothly and the hotel staff gave us our room at 5am! The next morning we walked to the bird and butterfly sanctuary stopping at a mosk and a few other tourist spots.
